Commissioner files a second amended complaint in Altus,
alleging, inter alia:
“On information and
belief, a contrat de portage . . . was also entered into between
Altus and Omnium Geneve and between Altus and each of the other
entities that were members of the MAAF syndicate at the time the Altus/MAAF
proposal was submitted to the Commissioner . . . .”
